Reparación / Repaires

Esta tarde hemos empezado con la reparación del tubo general. En los días siguientes lentamente vamos a llenar el sistema, para que el aire pueda salir por las válvulas de aire.

Pues, ya tenemos agua, pero tardará algunas días para obtener la presión normal.  

This afternoon we begun with the repairs of the main pipe. The coming days we will start to slowly fill the system again, this way the air can get out of the system by means of the ventilation valves.

So, we do have water again, but it will take some days to establish full pressure again.

Rotura en el tubo principal / Main pipe broken

Desde ayer hay una rotura en el tubo principal del embalse hacía Macisvenda. Por eso, todo está desconectado.

As of yesterday there is rupture in the main feed coming from the reservoir going to Macisvenda. For this reason everything has been disconnected.

Lecturas de los contadores / Taking meter readings

En la semana que viene, vamos a registrar la lectura de los contadores.

Desde lunes el día 17 de junio pueden recoger los recibos en la oficina.

También vamos cobrar los recibos domiciliados.

Nuevo: En verano vamos a tomar lecturas y hacemos recibos cada mes.


The coming week we will read the meters.

From Monday the 17th of June onwards, you can get your invoices at the office. Also we will start the direct debiting again.

Update: during the summer season we will read the meters and make invoices every month.

Nuevos Recibos / New Invoices

Estamos implementando uno sistema automático nuevo para hacer los recibos.

Con este sistema en el futuro sea más fácil y más rápido (menos trabajo!) hacer los recibos.  Aquí un ejemplo de un recibo nuevo.

Por el momento no podemos hacer los recibos domiciliados, pues por eso necesitan ir al uno de los bancos.

We are implementing a new automated system to generate the invoices.

Having such system makes it in the near future easier and faster (less work!) to generate the invoices.  Here you see an example of the new invoice.

For the moment it is not possible to do Direct Debits, hence, you have to go to one of the mentioned banks.

Temporalmente / Temporary

Ahora tenemos un reparación temporalmente en El Llano.

At the moment we have a temporary fix for the El Llano rupture.

Desde una rotura hasta una otra / From one leak to another

Gente ya están trabajando para solucionar la rotura cerca del Rio Chícamo.

Pero ahora tenemos otra en El Llano, en el mismo lugar de antes.

People are already working to reach a solution for the leak close to the Rio Chícamo.
However, now we have another rupture in a place called El Llano, in the same spot as before.

Otra información: Estamos llenando el embalse por la noche. Y porque el sistema funciona por presión natural, la presión va subir un poco. Importante a saber es, que tenemos Agua Riego, principalmente es para agricultores.

Other news: We are filling the reservoir, this is done during the night. Because the system works by gravity, the pressure will rise a bit again. Important to know is we have Riego water, which is a system first and all build for farmers.

Rotura cerca del Río Chicamo / rupture close to the Río Chicamo

Ahora tenemos otro rotura cerca del arqueta Río Chicamo.
Un arqueta es un lugar donde estan localizado los contadores, tenemos mucho de ese lugares.

Por el trabajo es posible que los reparaciones va tardar algunos días, posiblemente una semana.

At this moment there is another rupture close to the Río Chicamo arqueta.
An "arqueta" is a place where meters are located, there are many of these locations.

Because of the work needed, repairs may take several days to maybe a week.

Otro lugar / Another place

Las reparaciones están hecho, pero........ ahora hay otro fallo en otro lugar.
Entonces, un otro parte de Macisvenda ahora no tiene agua.

The repairs are done, but...... now there is another rupture at a different location.
So, another part of Macisvenda has no water at the moment.

Reparaciones / Repairs

Me comunica que la avería posiblemente sea reparada el próximo viernes 12 de abril de 2013 y si no hay ninguna contrariedad en la reparación, habría agua por la tarde.

I have been informed that repairs probably will take place coming Friday April 12th, if there is no setback in the repairs we will have water in the evening.

Rotura / Broken pipe

Hoy tenemos una rotura en el tubo principal en Macisvenda.

Pues, un gran parte del Macisvenda no tiene agua riego.


This morning we found a rupture in the main pipe in Macisvenda.

Because of this a big part of Macisvenda will be out of riego-water.

Presión / Pressure

Estos días estamos llenando el embalse, pues, la presión está subiendo.

The next few days we are filling the reservoir, so the pressure will rise.
